Cultivating Community Through Immigration Ministry

The New Hope Office of Immigration Services is an outreach of the Social Action Ministry of New Hope Presbyterian Church. Our mission is to serve immigrant families by providing

trustworthy and accessible immigration services while reflecting Christ's love through practical care and compassionate relationships.

Although our primary focus is serving the Brazilian community in Central Florida, we are also privileged to assist Spanish-speaking immigrants and American citizens with a variety of immigration-related matters. Every person who walks through our doors has a unique story, and our goal is not only to provide professional assistance but also to offer dignity, encouragement, and hope.

The past few years have brought significant challenges for immigrant communities. Constant changes in immigration policies, increasing legal complexities, and uncertainty have created additional stress for many families. These circumstances have made this ministry more important than ever, as we continue helping people navigate difficult situations with compassion and integrity.

We are deeply grateful to the Synod of South Atlantic for awarding New Hope Presbyterian Church a $3,000 Cultivating Community Grant. This generous support has helped strengthen our immigration ministry during a particularly challenging season and has enabled us to continue serving our community with excellence and care.

As we look to the future, we remain committed to expanding this ministry and responding

faithfully to the needs of those God brings to us. We pray that this work will continue to build trust, strengthen families, and demonstrate the love of Christ in tangible ways. We are thankful for partners like the Synod of South Atlantic, whose investment helps make this ministry possible.

Although we are based in Central Florida, we can assist clients anywhere in the United States with many immigration matters. For others who may need our services, you can find us through:
