Mr. Davis is an accountant and administrator whose experience includes Medicare and Medicaid auditing and reimbursement, in both the fiscal intermediary role, as well as that of the provider.  He has led various systems analyses, designs, implementation, integration, and testing.  He has led the implementation of numerous regulatory changes as they relate to Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement.  Mr. Davis’ strengths are in goal-oriented deliverables, communications, enterprise-wide systems development, and both technical management and corporate leadership. His formal education includes, a BA  (Accounting), Rollins College, Winter Park, Florida, 1977 as well as a MBA (Accounting and Technology), Tulane University, New Orleans, Louisiana, 1979. He also holds his CPA licenses in Georgia and Florida.  Mike is an Elder of First Presbyterian Church in Jacksonville, Florida where he served as Trustee and as Treasurer for several years. It is good to have Mike on board.
